Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoices must be included with the returned product.
  • The product must not show any signs of damage, alteration, or wear.

Rumani India Jewellery reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customised or personalised jewellery
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging, certificates, or invoice
  • Products purchased during special sale or promotional offers (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

In certain cases, we may arrange a return pickup or request you to ship the item to our return address.

Refund Process

After we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection.

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
